If you need to cancel your tickets, please contact us using the form below. You may cancel up to one week after your purchase. If you cancellation is in the week before the course starts, we can only refund 50% of your payment – however, you are able to gift or transfer your space if you contact us before the course begins – make sure whoever you are gifting to follows the same course preparation steps as you did. We cannot honour cancellations made later than one week after your booking. There is a £10 admin fee for cancellations.
